We are seeking an organized and dependable Parts Manager to oversee operations for a very active NJ based heavy machinery equipment and parts vendor.

• Prepare customer quotes and process sales orders
• Create and manage invoices and purchase orders
• Coordinate parts deliveries and pickups
• Maintain organized financial and transaction records
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, drivers, and technicians

• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience preparing quotes, invoices, and purchase orders
• Accounting or bookkeeping skills are highly preferred
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
